One offer, one target, one price for everyone
ValoCart is a way to buy the way a wholesaler buys, without being a wholesaler. Here is the whole mechanism.
- 1
A seller creates an offer
They set the price, how many units they need to make that price work, and the date the offer closes.
- 2
Buyers join and pay
Each buyer picks a quantity and gets their own deposit address. They send SOL or USDC from any wallet. No wallet connection needed.
- 3
Demand builds
Every deposit that lands moves the fill bar, live. Buyers can see exactly how close the deal is to happening.
- 4
The offer closes
If the target was reached, the deal is done. If it fell short, the seller has 48 hours to accept the shortfall, make one final offer at a higher price, or cancel.
- 5
Settlement
The seller is paid out to their Solana address after a ValoCart review. Anyone who is not in the final deal is refunded in full, automatically.
The rule underneath
No branch of this ends with a buyer out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Either the deal settles, or the money goes back.
Three ways a deal ends. All three are written down.
There is no fourth outcome where your deposit stays with us.
The deal goes through
Everyone in pays the price on the offer. The seller is paid out after a ValoCart review of the release.
The seller picks one thing
Within 48 hours they either accept the shortfall and go ahead anyway, send one final offer at a higher price, or cancel. Silence counts as a cancel.
You decide, or you are refunded
If a final offer is made, you have 48 hours to top up the difference or walk away. Doing nothing is a decline, and a decline is a full refund.
Questions people actually ask
- Do I need a crypto wallet connected?
- No. You get a deposit address that belongs to your commitment, and you send SOL or USDC to it from wherever you already keep them. There is no wallet to connect and no extension to install.
- How long do I have to pay?
- Thirty minutes from the moment you join. That hold is what stops people reserving capacity they never intend to pay for. If it lapses, the units go back into the pool and you can join again.
- What if the deal does not fill?
- The seller gets 48 hours to decide: go ahead anyway at the original price, make one final offer at a higher price, or cancel. If they do nothing, it cancels and every deposit is refunded.
- What is a final offer?
- It is the seller's one chance to say 'I can still do this, but not at that price'. You then have 48 hours to top up the difference or decline. If you do nothing, that is a decline and you are refunded in full.
- When does the seller get the money?
- Only after the deal succeeds and a ValoCart admin releases the payout. Refunds are automatic and need no approval. Payouts are the deliberate exception.
- What does ValoCart take?
- A commission on successful deals, deducted from the seller's payout. Buyers pay the price on the offer and nothing else.
