Collective buying, settled on Solana

Buy together.
Pay the wholesale price.

A seller posts one offer with the volume that makes a low price work. Buyers join until that volume is real. When the target is reached, everyone gets the wholesale price, settled in SOL or USDC. If it is not reached, nobody pays.

Your deposit sits with the deal, not with the seller. If the deal does not go through, you get all of it back.

Why it works

A discount is a guess. A target is a promise.

Group buying is not a coupon with extra steps. The price is tied to the volume that justifies it, and nothing moves until that volume is there.

The traditional discount

  • The seller picks a discount up front and hopes enough people turn up.
  • The price is the same whether three people buy or three hundred.
  • If the volume never arrives, the seller ate the margin anyway.
  • Buyers have no idea whether anyone else is buying.

Community wholesale

  • The seller names the volume that makes a low price work.
  • The price only exists once that volume is real.
  • No target, no deal. The seller is never short and the buyer is never charged.
  • Everyone can watch the deal fill while it happens.
How it works

Five steps, start to finish

Nothing here is hidden. Every buyer and every seller can see which step a deal is on.

  1. 1

    A seller creates an offer

They set the price, how many units they need to make that price work, and the date the offer closes.

  2. 2

    Buyers join and pay

Each buyer picks a quantity and gets their own deposit address. They send SOL or USDC from any wallet. No wallet connection needed.

  3. 3

    Demand builds

Every deposit that lands moves the fill bar, live. Buyers can see exactly how close the deal is to happening.

  4. 4

    The offer closes

If the target was reached, the deal is done. If it fell short, the seller has 48 hours to accept the shortfall, make one final offer at a higher price, or cancel.

  5. 5

    Settlement

The seller is paid out to their Solana address after a ValoCart review. Anyone who is not in the final deal is refunded in full, automatically.

  6. The rule underneath

No branch of this ends with a buyer out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Either the deal settles, or the money goes back.

At the deadline

Three ways a deal ends. All three are written down.

There is no fourth outcome where your deposit stays with us.

Target reached

The deal goes through

Everyone in pays the price on the offer. The seller is paid out after a ValoCart review of the release.

Short of target

The seller picks one thing

Within 48 hours they either accept the shortfall and go ahead anyway, send one final offer at a higher price, or cancel. Silence counts as a cancel.

Final offer

You decide, or you are refunded

If a final offer is made, you have 48 hours to top up the difference or walk away. Doing nothing is a decline, and a decline is a full refund.

Who it is for

Anything with a number that makes it work

If you have ever said 'I could do that price if I had twenty of you', this is that, as a product.

Restaurants

A set menu that only works at forty covers. Fill the room first, then cook.

Experiences

A workshop, a tasting, a class. It runs if enough people are in.

Travel

Group rates that need a group. The rate appears once the group does.

Hotels

Rooms that would sit empty midweek, sold as one block at a real rate.

Local services

A crew already on your street. The tenth booking is what makes it cheap.

Physical goods

One pallet, split between the people who wanted it. Wholesale, without the warehouse.

For sellers

You already know the number. Sell against it.

  • Set the volume that makes your price work, instead of guessing at a discount.
  • See demand build before you commit any stock, staff or kitchen time.
  • Get paid in SOL or USDC, to your own address, with the commission taken off the payout.
